About the project
Built for guild leaders who are tired of screenshots
RONW Guild Management Tool is a browser-based lineup planner for Ragnarok: The New World, available for a one-time payment of $6.99 (โฑ430 via GCash) that unlocks lifetime access โ no subscription, no ads, no recurring fees. It exists for one reason: juggling Guild League rosters, Polarity Zone dungeon rotations, and loot auctions across spreadsheets, screenshots, and Discord threads is a pain โ especially when you're co-leading a guild with someone else and both need the same up-to-date picture.
Instead, this tool gives your guild a shared, live workspace: add your roster once, drag members onto team slots, watch for missing healers, auto-fill the gaps, and everything updates on your co-leader's screen in real time โ no files to pass back and forth.
What it does
Pricing
The tool is now a one-time payment, not a free tool โ pay $6.99 (or โฑ430 via GCash) once and it's yours for life, including every future update and feature. There's no subscription and no recurring charge.
Sign in on the app to see payment options (PayPal, Ko-fi, crypto, or GCash) โ after paying, send your receipt and the email you signed in with, and access is unlocked within a day.
Why it exists
Ragnarok: The New World's Job Freedom system means gear rating alone doesn't tell you if a team can survive โ anyone can respec into anything at any time. This tool was built to make composition mistakes (like a team with zero healers) visible at a glance, and to make bulk roster management โ via paste-from-spreadsheet โ fast enough that updating your lineup doesn't feel like a chore.
Who's behind it
Built and maintained by @CharlesPlaysGG, a Ragnarok: The New World content creator and guild leader who built this tool to solve his own guild's coordination headaches โ then opened it up for everyone else's.
How it's built
Plain HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript โ no frameworks, no build step. Accounts, storage, and live sync are powered by Supabase. The project is open source under the MIT license, so anyone can fork it, self-host it, or adapt it for their own guild โ see the GitHub repo for details.
