Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the RONW Guild Management Tool ("the Tool", "we", "us") collects when you visit or use the site, why, and what choices you have.

Overview
The Tool is a browser-based lineup and roster planner for the game Ragnarok: The New World, unlocked with a one-time lifetime-access payment. It is run as a hobby project by an individual creator, not a company. We collect the minimum information needed to run the app (accounts, guild rosters, lineups), to process your one-time payment, and to keep the site running (basic usage analytics). We don't sell your personal information.
Account & Guild Data
If you sign in and use the app, the following is stored server-side with our backend provider, Supabase:

This information is visible to other members of the same guild (that's the point of the Tool — it's a shared workspace) and is not shared outside your guild or used for any purpose beyond operating the app.
Payment Information
Access to the Tool requires a one-time payment. We do not run our own payment processor and do not directly collect or store your card, bank, or e-wallet credentials. Instead:

Receipts and the email you send are used only to verify and grant access, and are kept only as long as needed for that and for basic bookkeeping (e.g. resolving a dispute or refund request). We don't use payment details for marketing or share them beyond what's needed to process the transaction.
Cookies & Local Storage
The site uses your browser's local storage to remember things like which event tab you last viewed and per-browser "finished run" markers, and uses cookies set by the third-party services listed below (sign-in, analytics, and ad delivery). You can clear these at any time through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or reset local preferences.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (via Google's gtag.js) to understand aggregate traffic — pages visited, approximate location by country/region, device type, and referral source. This data is anonymized/aggregated by Google and is not linked to your account data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising
We no longer use third-party ad networks (previously AdSterra and ExoClick) anywhere on this site. Ad slots that used to show network-served banners now show a static "Advertise Here" placeholder linking to our Facebook Messenger, for anyone who wants to inquire about sponsoring that space directly with us — no ad-network scripts, cookies, or tracking are loaded from that placeholder.
Other Third-Party Services
The site embeds or links to a small number of other third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Supabase — hosts account, guild, and roster data server-side.
- PayPal, Ko-fi, GCash, and cryptocurrency wallets — process your one-time lifetime-access payment; each handles your payment details under its own privacy policy, not ours.
- Formspree — processes messages submitted through the Contact page (your name, email, and message are sent to the site owner via Formspree).
- Discord — the embedded server widget and DM link connect to Discord if you choose to use them.
- hitscounter.dev — displays an aggregate visitor counter and may log basic request data (like IP address) to generate that count.
- Google Fonts — loads webfonts from Google's servers.
Data Retention & Deletion
Account and guild data is kept for as long as your account or guild is active. Payment receipts and related records are kept long enough to resolve disputes, refunds, or re-grant access if you lose it, and then deleted. If you'd like your account, guild, roster, or payment-record data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it within a reasonable time, except where retention is needed for security or legal reasons.
Children's Privacy
The Tool is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Your Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, reach out through the Contact page and we'll do our best to help, given this is a small, independently-run project.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the Tool evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
