Please read these terms before using the RONW Guild Management Tool ("the Tool"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to them.

The Tool

The RONW Guild Management Tool is an unofficial, fan-made lineup and roster planner for the game Ragnarok: The New World, unlocked with a one-time payment for lifetime access. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gravity Co., Ltd. or the publishers of Ragnarok: The New World. It's built and maintained as a hobby project by an individual creator.

Payments & Refunds

Access to the Tool is unlocked with a one-time payment of $6.99 USD (₱430 via GCash) — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. This single payment covers lifetime access, including all future updates and features, for the account you paid with.

Payments are currently processed manually through third-party payment rails (PayPal, Ko-fi, GCash, or crypto) rather than an automated checkout — see the payment screen in the Tool for current options.
After paying, you must send your payment receipt/screenshot along with the email address you sign in with, so your account can be matched to your payment and unlocked; access is typically granted within a day.
Because unlocking is manual and tied to a specific account, payments are non-transferable between accounts unless we agree to move them.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the creator's discretion — contact us via the Contact page or the emails/handles listed on the payment screen if you believe a refund is warranted (e.g. duplicate payment, no access granted after a reasonable time).
We may revoke access for fraud, chargebacks, or violations of the Acceptable Use section below.

Accounts & Guilds

Creating or joining a guild on the Tool requires signing in. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and invite codes secure. Anyone with a valid invite code can join a guild and see/edit its shared roster and lineup data — only share invite codes with people you trust.

Acceptable Use

When using the Tool, you agree not to:

Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Tool's operation or another guild's data;
Attempt to access another guild's data without authorization (e.g. by guessing or brute-forcing invite codes);
Use the Tool to upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harassing content;
Use the Tool for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the roster names, guild names, and other information you enter into the Tool. By entering it, you give us permission to store and display it to your guild's other members and to operate the Tool's features (like live sync). We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it for anything beyond running the Tool.

Intellectual Property

The Tool's source code is open source and available under the MIT License on GitHub — see the repository for the exact license terms covering reuse. Ragnarok: The New World, its name, and related assets are the property of their respective owners and are referenced here only for descriptive purposes.

Third-Party Services

The Tool relies on third-party services (including Supabase for accounts/data, PayPal, Ko-fi, GCash, and cryptocurrency wallets for processing your one-time payment, Formspree for the contact form, Discord for the community widget, and analytics providers). Your use of those embedded services is also subject to their own terms — see the Privacy Policy for the full list.

No Warranty

The Tool is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. As a hobby project, features and availability may change or be discontinued at any time — paid lifetime access means you won't be charged again if that happens, but it isn't a guarantee of any particular feature or uptime level.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator of the Tool is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tool — including loss of roster data, lineup data, or guild access.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the Tool evolves; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any material change. Continuing to use the Tool after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or remove access to a guild or account that violates these terms, at our discretion, without prior notice.
